Diversity Training. Does it Really Work??

Diversity Training. Does it work, or is it another day off from work for those who wrong? (I just read http://ping.fm/Kzguk) .

I had a boss (and I pray I never have to work for her again) who has been reported for her racial comments, and unfairness. She's been to these "trainings" sessions many times, and just comes back worse. What is the point??
