STEWED TOMATOES AND OKRA Recipe

STEWED TOMATOES AND OKRA
Recipe
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 c. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. tomatoes, cored and diced
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 lb. okra, trimmed and cut into 2-3 pieces each
Heat oil in large skillet; add bell pepper, garlic, and onion. Saute about 5 minutes; add tomatoes, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Our Brother Micheal Jackson

Our Brother Micheal Jackson has departed from this world life and will b truely missed. I was in the 5th grade at Grace A Green school when the Jackson 5 begin thier career. Michacel is one mouth younger than I am. He was, still is and will always be a Great Icon in my eyes.
I pray that Allah is pleased with him!!!!

Hi Brother Dennis,

Your garden looks wonderful!! My neighbor have a plot in a community garden here. When she leaves, she said I can take over. But with the economy it's on hold. She teaches in NY. I LOVE fresh veggie and fruits.
