Kale, Carrots and Garlic !

The right front I have garlic planted 4- 6" deep to prevent a freeze, on the left front are Carrots and then the 2 back islands there r kale greens with more carrots between the rows of kale. This crop will b ready to harvest by mid spring 2010. Check the walk way out, this will serve as a water way as well. By the way try having yourself a kale salad, totally awesome!!!!
